Welcome to our annual Art and Medicine Retreat nestled in the heart of the Peruvian jungle, in Contamana at the Jochipapa Nete Ayahuasca Center. Join us for an unforgettable journey from August 21st to September 1st, 2024, as we embark on our third annual retreat.

Owned by Maestro Deodomero and guided by Maestra Rosenda Flores and their Shipibo family, our retreat offers a unique blend of traditional Amazonian medicine and artistic exploration. This retreat suits beginner artists and first time ayahuasca explorers as well as more experienced artists and medicine people.

The topic of the retreat is the magical tree which we will explore in the so called Mischetechnik. This indirect method of painting is like a recipe which everyone can learn and apply to their artistic toolbox. It doesn’t matter how “good” you are, everybody can learn to paint as long as you try.

During the retreat, you will experience:

**Ayahuasca Ceremonies:** Immerse yourself in the ancient healing traditions of the Amazon with four Ayahuasca ceremonies guided by Maestro Deodomero and Maestra Rosenda.

**Plant Baths:** Purify your body and spirit with four plant baths, a sacred ritual to cleanse and restore energy.

**Trip to the Boiling River:** Take a rejuvenating journey to the Boiling River, a natural wonder where you can unwind and connect with the healing power of nature.

**Daily Art Classes:** Explore your creative expression through daily art classes where you'll learn to paint visionary art using acrylics. Tap into your inner artist and bring your visions to life on canvas.
